What shipping methods do you use and how long does it take?

We have the Regular Airmail option for Worldwide orders (including US and Canada) which costs USD $8.95 and is FREE for orders of 3 tubes or more. It takes 7-10 business days.

For US orders we also have an option for US express shipping (USD $25.75) and takes 3-5 business days

For Canada orders we also have an option for Canada express shipping (USD $14.25) and takes 2-3 business days

For Worldwide orders (except US and Canada) we also have an option for Worldwide express shipping (USD $55.55) and takes 5-7 business days

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs are as follows and are depending on where we have to ship and have no bearing on how many bottles you order.

*Business days do not include weekends and holidays.

Will my order be shipped out the same day I order?

We ship out all orders we receive before 1 PM EST Monday to Friday that day. All order received after 1 PM EST will be shipped out the next day.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, we do not allow shipment to PO boxes, as we require a signature for all shipments; this policy is in place to ensure the correct person receives their package safely.

Do you deliver to countries outside the United States?

Absolutely! We ship to most countries in the world except for a few blacklisted ones known for scams. To find out if your country is on our blacklist, please contact us as soon as possible!

What Credit Cards do you accept?

At this time we only accept VISA and MASTER CARDS. Using a credit card is by far the most efficient way for you to order from us and it allows us to process and have your order shipped out in the shortest time possible.

Do you offer any other payment options besides credit card?

Sorry, at this time we only accept VISA and WesterUnion. You can either pay directly on our secure payment gateway, or send your billing information by fax.

Do you allow Cash on Delivery(COD) orders ?

No, we have to have a confirmed payment at the time of your order.

When will my credit card be billed ?

Your card will be billed by our billing department the moment you place your order on our website.

Is it 100% safe to pay with credit card on your site?

The security of your billing information is paramount to us! All Credit Card Transactions are completed on a 128 Bit SSL Encrypted Secure Server. As we transmit the information to the Bank’s Secure SSL Server, they require a 128-bit transaction and will not process a transaction without one.  Even though 40 or 56 Bit transactions are very secure, our Bank’s insistence on 128 Bit SSL means that there is never any chance of your information ever being intercepted or decoded.  Again, your security is of paramount importance for us!

We adhere to a very strict privacy policy collecting only enough information to process your order. Any information you submit to us will be kept completely confidential and it will never be shared with or sold to outside parties.

Will my email or telephone number be given out to anyone else?

Absolutely not! Your email, telephone number and other personal information will never be given to anyone else. It is kept in our database for future reference when you make another order. You will only be contacted when we need to verify your order or if there is a problem with the order.
